Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations including system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during evening hours
- Document processes and maintain accurate operational records
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Support inventory management and equipment logistics
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college program
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
- Previous internship or customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
