Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operational systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with data monitoring, quality assurance checks, and incident reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Document processes and maintain accurate operational records
- Participate in cross-departmental training and skill development sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for night shift workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major welcome)
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM) during summer months
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in flexible, fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
