Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in developing software solutions using Python and JavaScript
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Create user interface mockups using Figma based on design specifications
- Analyze datasets and generate insights for product optimization
- Document technical processes and maintain project wikis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sprint retrospectives
- Complete assigned learning modules and skill-building exercises
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- No professional work experience required
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and computer fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic terms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
