Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift hours

- Support user inquiries via ticketing systems
- Participate in agile sprint reviews and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or software development
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
