Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT systems during night shift hours
- Analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation projects
- Implement security protocols and system updates
- Generate daily operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field)
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and system administration
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for occasional equipment transport)
