Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and client hardware/software
- Monitor network infrastructure and escalate critical issues during night shift hours
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system outages
- Assist with software deployments and system updates during off-peak hours
- Participate in daily shift handovers and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week on a night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
