Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) monitoring systems and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development and QA testing cycles
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Train on proprietary tools and industry-standard software suites
- Maintain accurate project logs and status reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (any major)
- Availability for consistent night shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or SQL
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid US work authorization and student status
- Experience with version control systems (Git) preferred
