Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to resolve operational issues during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or GED program, or currently pursuing a post-secondary degree (College Credit required).
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Availability: Must be available for the full summer internship duration (May – August).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Attitude: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn new processes.
