Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment during night shifts
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and material flow processes
- Support real-time tracking of shipments using WMS and TMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and efficiency audits
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational metrics and incidents
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company compliance standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (Sophomore level or higher)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles preferred
