Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate night shift inventory operations using WMS systems
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing high-value shipments
- Support cycle count processes and inventory reconciliation
- Document operational metrics and prepare shift reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college program (Business, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Previous warehouse/operations experience a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
