Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring and management of warehouse inventory systems and digital logs during night operations.
- Perform data entry and verification of shipping and receiving documents with high accuracy.
- Support the night shift team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and streamline nightly processes.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be available to work a full-time summer schedule during night shift hours.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
