Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize nightly warehouse operations including inventory scanning and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Document operational metrics and prepare performance reports
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations degree
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
