Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal server systems during evening hours.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and verification to support daily reporting.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to remote teams during off-peak times.
- Document technical procedures, system updates, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on night-critical infrastructure projects.
- Help maintain a clean and organized digital workspace for the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and software applications.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
