Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift operations
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for system performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in agile development sprints and code reviews
- Support incident response and system maintenance activities
- Shadow senior engineers on complex system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Computer Science/IT preferred)
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic coding tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel to Texas facilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
