Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and system performance metrics during overnight shifts.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets submitted by internal clients.
- Perform routine data entry, database updates, and documentation of nightly processes.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Participate in agile meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on software releases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
