Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during night operations.
- Assist the operations team with data entry, report generation, and documentation.
- Respond to internal and external communication channels during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on digital content and databases.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (completed at least 1 year).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a night shift setting.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM, 3-4 days per week.
