Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and process high volumes of data to support daily business operations.
- Support Operations: Assist the night shift team with troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Report Generation: Compile daily logs and produce brief reports on system status and operational metrics.
- Customer Assistance: Provide remote support and answer inquiries from clients during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (IT, Business, or Logistics preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM) for the duration of the summer.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and the ability to work independently.
