Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational systems and software applications during evening hours.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks to support day-shift teams.
- Identify and document system anomalies or potential errors in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service tickets and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all nightly activities and incident reports.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new software patches or updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field).
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Raleigh, NC.
