Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations through data monitoring and system troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project documentation and testing
- Assist with inventory management and quality assurance processes
- Document operational procedures and create technical reports
- Participate in nightly team huddles and shift handovers
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
