Responsibilities
- Monitor and log inventory levels during night operations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the processing, sorting, and staging of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the internal warehouse management system.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on goods to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with shift leads to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, or bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and maintain a positive attitude.
