Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security alerts during night shifts.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and reporting tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues reported by users.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team stand-ups to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (sophomores/juniors preferred).
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
