Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for remote employees via ticketing systems
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
