Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor server performance and network traffic to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported during the night shift with the assistance of senior staff.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Process nightly data logs and generate reports for the morning shift team.
- Support: Provide basic technical support to internal stakeholders and assist in maintaining documentation.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly intern training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 4 consecutive summer months, specifically night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and scripting languages.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for occasional on-site tasks.
