Responsibilities
- Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Testing & QA: Participate in the software testing lifecycle, identifying bugs, and assisting in quality assurance processes to ensure product stability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specs, code comments, and user manuals.
- Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions to current project challenges.
- Project Support: Assist in the deployment of updates and maintenance of existing client projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Academic Performance: A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
