Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and product teams with daily operations and project support tasks.
- Participate in agile meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to stay aligned with project goals.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to help identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software and tools under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project findings and weekly progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (within the last 12 months).
- No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and teachability over past history.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
- Ability to work full-time during the summer months (40 hours per week).
- Willingness to relocate to or commute within the Columbus, Ohio area.
