Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues across 100+ workstations
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects using Agile methodologies
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to 200+ employees
- Learn and implement cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) under guidance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting (Python/PowerShell preferred)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic semesters
- Relevant coursework or certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
