Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Team: Support daily IT operations, software testing, and troubleshooting tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to identify trends, helping the marketing team refine their strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting blog posts, social media content, and internal newsletters to enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients via email and phone to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Project Coordination: Help organize and schedule team meetings, track project milestones, and prepare presentation materials.
- Office Administration: Maintain a tidy workspace and manage filing systems to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
