Responsibilities
- Assist the recruiting team in sourcing technical talent using Boolean search and professional networking platforms.
- Support SEO initiatives by analyzing website traffic data and optimizing candidate-facing landing pages.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the local tech sector.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media and job boards.
- Coordinate logistics for summer campus events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, SEO concepts, or social media marketing tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work part-time (20-25 hours/week) during the summer with a flexible schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
