As a Summer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working directly with senior recruiters and SEO specialists. You will learn how to drive traffic to our job board and help us find top talent for our growing network of tech companies in Pennsylvania and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with on-page SEO audits and keyword research for job postings.
- Support technical recruiters in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Write and optimize engaging blog content and social media posts to attract students.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities in the internship market.
- Help organize and schedule summer intern events and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with the HR department to maintain our talent pipeline database.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web fundamentals is a plus.
- Strong writing and grammar skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Passion for digital trends, search engine algorithms, and talent acquisition.
- Available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the summer.
