Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to support our SEO strategies and weekend campaigns.
- Assist in sourcing and screening technical candidates for specialized roles, focusing on weekend availability.
- Update and optimize job postings across various platforms to attract top talent for our weekend shift teams.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights for content improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to draft and schedule weekend social media updates.
- Help maintain the candidate database and ensure accurate data entry during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall 2023 start).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
