Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize microservices using Python/Go in AWS environment
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate on agile sprints to deliver production-ready features
- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems
- Write comprehensive unit/integration tests with 95%+ coverage
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
- Participate in daily standups and sprint retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Junior/Senior)
- Proficiency in Python or Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Familiarity with Linux command line and Git workflows
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and database systems
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through coding challenges
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Available for 40 hours/week from June-August 2023
