Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to design, develop, and test software features.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects to ensure system stability and performance.
- Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, including technical documentation and API specs.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to stay aligned with project goals.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to team challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (graduating in 2024 or 2025).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development environments (IDEs like IntelliJ or VS Code).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
