Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services using Python/Go and deploy on AWS/GCP
- Build responsive front-end components with React.js and TypeScript
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Contribute to open-source projects under senior engineer guidance
- Participate in agile sprints and code review sessions
- Optimize algorithms for data processing and API performance
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
Qualifications
- Pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Python, Java, or C++ (academic or personal projects)
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and web development basics
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through coding challenges
- Ability to work 40 hours/week on-site in San Jose
- Available for 12-16 week internship (June-September start)
