Responsibilities
- Assist in software development lifecycle tasks including testing, documentation, and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile projects using Jira and Confluence
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Contribute to UX research initiatives and user feedback analysis
- Support data collection and visualization projects using Python/Excel
- Shadow senior engineers during code reviews and architecture discussions
- Complete assigned learning modules and certification tracks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (self-taught or coursework)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Availability for 20-40 hours per week during internship period
