Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications
- Analyze data sets to identify trends and insights
- Participate in UX research and user testing sessions
- Create documentation and technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Attend weekly learning sessions with senior engineers
- Contribute to agile development workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or recent graduate
- No prior technical experience required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
- Valid authorization to work in the US
- Interest in technology fields (software, data, design)
