Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under senior developer guidance
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams for project planning and execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product development
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL and Python
- Present findings and project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic standing with minimum 3.2 GPA
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML/CSS)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
- Must commit to 15-20 hours per week between May-August
- Authorization to work in the United States required
