Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using modern frameworks and languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Analyze complex data sets to drive product improvements and user insights
- Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Present project progress and findings to stakeholders
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices in software development
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Available for full-time commitment (40 hours/week) for the entire 12-week program
