Responsibilities
- Recruiting Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with daily hiring tasks and candidate outreach.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate data.
- Research: Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Major: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
