Responsibilities
- Support Development: Assist the software development team in writing, testing, and debugging code for various applications and platforms.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Project Coordination: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and design specifications.
- Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaboration: Work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- College Credit: Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#; familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
