Responsibilities
- Software Development: Assist the engineering team in designing, coding, and testing new features for our web and mobile applications.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical bugs and issues reported by users or QA teams.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API guides, and project specifications.
- Agile Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous improvement and team alignment.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct research on emerging technologies and tools to recommend solutions for current technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Academic Background: Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to find efficient, scalable solutions.
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time summer internship (minimum 12 weeks) starting in June 2024.
