Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system updates and deployments
- Conduct hardware/software diagnostics and resolution for end-users
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and monitoring activities
- Assist with user training and onboarding documentation
- Track and report technical metrics using internal ticketing systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an associate/bachelor's degree program (Computer Science preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and diagnostic tools
- Previous customer service or technical support experience a plus
