Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal users via phone and ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure hardware/software across company infrastructure
- Document IT processes and create troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and incident response protocols
- Participate in weekend system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Generate performance reports for network and system health
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT degree program (any year)
- Proficient in Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work standing for 4+ hours
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 4 PM) through August
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
