Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and administrative organization for the regional office.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing top-tier customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize operational workflows.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities in the Miami area.
- Support the logistics of weekend projects and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of enthusiasm, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus.
