Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with weekend logistics, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records and databases.
- Interact with clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support inventory management, supply organization, and daily office operations.
- Assist in the coordination and promotion of weekend community events.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Complete administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (rising junior or senior preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach office location.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
