Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability management with proven 2030-vision strategy execution
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon footprint reduction
- Professional certifications (LEED AP, GRI, SAI) highly preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ in green financing/grants
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enviance, Persefoni)
- Track record of launching 3+ sustainability initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to field operations
