Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 sustainability strategy, integrating ESG metrics into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement circular economy models and zero-waste initiatives
- Drive innovation in renewable energy integration and carbon-neutral technology adoption
- Analyze environmental impact data and KPIs to optimize resource efficiency and reduce ecological footprint
- Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to shape emerging sustainability regulations and standards
- Mentor sustainability specialists and oversee training programs on environmental best practices
- Present annual sustainability reports to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate sustainability or environmental innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing circular economy models achieving 30%+ waste reduction
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol) and ESG reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sustainability data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with experience engaging C-suite executives
- Deep knowledge of emerging sustainability technologies and regulatory landscapes
