Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint analysis across all operations
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ESG initiatives with investors, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Implement circular economy principles in supply chain and product design
- Drive zero-waste programs and renewable energy transition projects
- Analyze sustainability data to inform strategic decisions and ROI optimization
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sustainability or ESG management
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar credential preferred
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SASB)
- Proven track record of implementing successful sustainability initiatives
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability software (e.g., SAP EHS, Envizi)
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent certification
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies and circular economy models
