Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with Paris Agreement targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG reporting initiatives ensuring GRI and SASB compliance
- Drive innovation in supply chain circularity and carbon footprint reduction
- Stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, and sustainability NGOs
- Quantify ROI of sustainability initiatives through data-driven impact modeling
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or MBA with sustainability focus
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability strategy with measurable impact
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., SimaPro, One Click LCA)
- Proven track record in ESG framework implementation
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with B Corp or similar certification processes
- Deep knowledge of SEC climate disclosure regulations
