- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead net-zero transition strategies across global operations and supply chains
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
- Drive circular economy initiatives and waste reduction programs
- Manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholder partnerships
- Lead carbon footprint analysis and renewable energy integration projects
- Represent the company at industry forums and sustainability conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with measurable impact metrics
- Proven experience developing corporate ESG strategies and carbon neutrality plans
- Expertise in sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong data analytics skills for environmental impact assessment
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar preferred
- Demonstrable success in driving organizational change for sustainability
- Experience with circular economy and renewable energy transitions
