Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with Paris Agreement targets
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives using GRI/SASB frameworks for Fortune 500 transparency
- Architect circular economy programs achieving 95% waste diversion across 50+ facilities
- Oversee carbon-neutral transition strategy including renewable energy procurement
- Manage cross-functional sustainability taskforce with engineering, procurement, and legal teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement through investor briefings and community impact campaigns
- Implement AI-driven sustainability analytics platform for real-time performance tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or MBA with sustainability concentration
- 7+ years progressive sustainability leadership in Fortune 500 or climate tech sector
- Proven expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or LEED AP credential required
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., Envizi, Persefoni)
- Demonstrated success in implementing net-zero roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Experience managing sustainability budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, green hydrogen)
